SUNYCUAD Hall of Fame
The State University of New York Council for University Advancement (SUNYCUAD) established its Hall of Fame in 2003 to honor those individuals who have distinguished themselves, their institutions and the State University by their significant contributions to the organization and its mission of service and education.
Outstanding contributions to SUNYCUAD, SUNY/CURC, the PR Council or the Alumni Confederation, are measured by, but not limited to, service as a board member; leadership and/or a track presenter at annual educational conference; and advocacy for the organization at the System, state and legislative levels. Inductees must have been SUNY employees for a minimum of five years and have exhibited an exceptional work record, exclusive of SUNYCUAD service, within SUNY.
Each year, the SUNYCUAD Board of Directors will add up to two new Hall of Fame members. Formal inductions will take place during the annual SUNYCUAD Educational Conference. Each honoree receives a plaque and also has his or her name added to a permanent plaque that is housed in the first floor conference room at the State University headquarters in Albany. Nominations should be sent to Mimi Johnson, Director of Alumni Engagement and Stewardship, Farmingdale State College, at michelle.johnson@farmingdale.edu by April 1. You can also reach her by phone at 934-420-2369.
