Guidebook Specifications

Instead of a printed program, SUNYCUAD uses Guidebook which is a terrific way to keep contact information for sponsors at attendees’ fingertips. Please submit your logo, a 50-word description of your company and a link to website. The ideal image size is 600px wide, 110px tall. Please send a .png or .jpg file to the Corporate Sponsor Chair by May 15, 2019.

Conference Registration

Please separately register any additional company representatives beyond those included in the sponsorship fee for the SUNYCUAD conference. The registration fee covers your additional representative’s meals and any receptions you attend (but not hotel accommodation) and allows us to better plan space, meals and conference materials for your attendance. Companies may also register extra staff to attend at the SUNYCUAD member rate of $525 per person at https://book.passkey.com/go/SUNYCUAD2019.  Registration will open in March.  Please inform sponsor chairs of any additional registrants.

Hotel Accommodations

You can reserve rooms at the by calling 866-238-4218 and asking for the SUNYCUAD 2019 Conference at the Saratoga Hilton or click here. All room reservations are the responsibility of the individual corporate sponsor. Book by May 21, 2019 as rooms will be released after that date.
