Talent Management Coordinator – University at Buffalo

Under the general leadership of the University at Buffalo’s Associate Vice President for Advancement Administration, the Talent Management Coordinator will:

  • Coordinate staff training and professional development opportunities and track participation.
  • Support pre-boarding and onboarding activities for new staff.
  • Promote excellence through staff recognition and awards both internally (UB) and externally.
  • Assist in the administration of both mentoring and buddy programs including tracking, matching, evaluation and check-ins.
  • Support efforts to expand the division’s talent management program in the future.
  • Support recruitment efforts.
  • Plan and implement division-wide activities related to culture and inclusion.
