Town-gown economic development conference in Ithaca / March 31

Cornell University’s Office of Community Relations  is holding a one-day conference  on town-gown economic development at Coltivare in downtown Ithaca on Thursday March 31, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.

Thanks to many of you who have already expressed interest in attending.

Housing, transportation, infrastructure, business incubators  town-gown economic development success stories, government programs, and other topics will be touched on.

Colleagues in higher ed, local governments, and economic development agencies from Upstate cities and other college towns, like Burlington and Amherst (Mass.) will attend as well.

It’s a no-charge event,  but space is limited.

If you and-or colleagues would like to attend, please respond to community_relations@cornell.edu by the end of business Feb. 19. This event will soon be nearing capacity.
