Sponsorship Levels for the 2017 SUNYCUAD Conference

Platinum Sponsor – $10,000.
Platinum Sponsorship includes the following:

  • Sponsor conference banquet
  • Exclusivity of Platinum Sponsor benefits within your company’s trade category
  • Four complimentary conference registrations, including meals
  • Two- to three-minute presentation at hosted major event
  • Table/display space, with priority placement
  • Full-page advertisement in conference program
  • Pre-conference mentions in president’s message
  • Logo featured prominently on SUNYCUAD conference website
  • Mention on SUNYCUAD conference nametags
  • Sponsor recognition ribbons for staff
  • Listing of conference attendees

Gold Sponsor – $5,000.
Gold Sponsorship includes the following:

  • Sponsor of conference “thought leader” such as keynote or plenary speaker with special signage display (bring your company’s banner)
  • Four complimentary conference registrations, including meals
  • Table/display space
  • One-half page advertisement in conference program
  • Logo included on conference website
  • Sponsor recognition ribbons for staff
  • Listing of conference attendees

Silver Sponsor – $2,000.
Silver Sponsorship includes the following:

  • Sponsor of a luncheon (bring your company’s banner)
  • Two complimentary conference registrations, including meals
  • One-quarter page advertisement in conference program
  • Table/display space
  • Sponsor recognition ribbons for staff
  • Listing of conference attendees

Friend of SUNYCUAD – $500.
Friends of SUNYCUAD Sponsorship includes the following:

  • One-eighth page advertisement in conference program
  • Ad Specifications
    • Ads in the conference program may be a pdf, Illustrator, or Photoshop file with fonts included or outlined as artwork. Art must be actual size, 300 ppi, four-color, and must not bleed. Full page is 6” x 10” live area/Half page is 6” x 4.75” live area/Quarter page is 3” x 4.75” live area and One-eighth page is 3” x 2.125” live area.
    • Submit ads by Tuesday, May 2, 2017. Ads may be emailed to Kathy.coley@farmingdale.edu.

Please separately register any additional company representatives beyond those included in the sponsorship fee for the SUNYCUAD conference. The registration fee covers your additional representative’s meals and any receptions you attend (but not hotel accommodation) and allows us to better plan space, meals and conference materials for your attendance. Companies may also register extra staff to attend at the SUNYCUAD member rate of $425 per person at here. Please inform sponsor chairs of any additional registrants.

You can reserve rooms at the DoubleTree by calling reservations 914-524-6418 and asking for the SUNYCUAD block of rooms, or by booking online at www.tarrytown.doubletree.com. The SUNYCUAD Conference will honor the member rate of $155 per night for our corporate sponsors (enter Group Code: “CUA” if booking online) by reimbursing the difference afterward upon verification of your paid room receipt by the co-chairs listed below. All room reservations are the responsibility of the individual corporate sponsor. Book by May 6 as rooms will be released after that date.
